How to return an item:

1. Initiate Return: Log in to your Craftier account and select the item you wish to return within 15 days of receiving it.
2. Package Securely: Place the item in its original packaging along with the certificate.
3. Shipping: We offer free return shipping on all items within India. Our logistics team will schedule a pickup once your return request is approved.

15 day return policy is not applicable on Gold Coins, any personalized or customized products and other accessories.

Upon receipt and quality check of your item, refunds will be credited within 2-3 business days. Please ensure all certificates are included, as missing documentation may impact the return process.
