Lifetime Exchange & Buyback Policy

At Craftier, we believe in flexibility and value. Our Lifetime Exchange & Buyback Policy allows you to upgrade or return your jewellery sold in India, subject to review by our Quality Assurance Department for the product free from any sort of damage, wear and tear, alteration, resize, etc. The decision by the Quality Assurance Department shall be final and binding for any sort of Lifetime Exchange/Buyback Scheme.
For any sort of Lifetime Exchange or buyback, we shall require the following:
● Original Product
● Original/Copy of Invoice
● Product Certificate (If any)
● Valid Government ID Proof of the person making the Buyback/Exchange Request
● Warranty Card (If any)
Certificate Charges (In case of Loss of Certificate)
In case of Card Certificate: Amount of Rs 800/carat or Rs 2000/- whichever is higher shall be payable.
In case of Dossier Certificate: No exchange / buyback is applicable in case of missing dossier certificate.
Exchange & Buyback Shipping Process
● In case you want to ship the product securely, bubble wrap it or pop it in a padded envelope to avoid any damage in transit.
● Mail your request for shipping on care@craftier.in.
● The products need to be shipped with our shipping partners for secure delivery.
● Once we receive the item, our Quality Assurance team will inspect it for wear and tear.
Lifetime Exchange
If you choose to exchange your Craftier piece, the current market value will be credited as Craftier Credits in your account. These credits remain valid for 365 days and can be used on any Craftier jewellery purchase.
Terms And Conditions
● On accepting the goods for exchange, the company shall provide the exchanged goods of either same or higher value as the good being exchanged. No money will be refunded.
● Lifetime Exchange shall not be applicable to orders pertaining to products sold outside India.
● The exchange shall be subject to the quality check that shall be carried out for the goods being exchanged by the company.
● Additional logistic fee of Rs 1500/- shall be deducted while determining the exchange value.
● A new order shall be shipped in Exchange within 21 days after receiving the original product.
● Diamond and Polki Jewellery can not be exchanged with plain gold jewellery and gold/ silver coins.
Lifetime Buyback
Opting for a buyback allows you to return your jewellery for a market-value refund. Once processed, the refund will be applied to your Craftier account or bank transfer.
Terms And Conditions
● The buyback scheme and re-imbursement of payment shall be subject to the quality check carried out of the goods by the company.
● Buyback shall not be applicable to orders pertaining to products sold outside India.
● Additional logistic fee of Rs 1500/- shall be deducted while determining the buyback value.
● All payments for the buyback value paid by the company will be made through RTGS or NEFT only. Payments shall be made only to the person/entity mentioned in the invoice issued by the retailer and carrying a valid Government Issue photo ID and valid Certificate of the Good.
● Refunds and payments under the buyback scheme shall be done within 21 business days after receiving the product at our registered office.
Jewellery Valuation
Gold Based Lab Grown Jewellery:
- Exchange: 100% of the gold value, 100% of prevailing diamond value and 70% of prevailing polki value less any discount given at time of original sale.
- Buyback: 100% of the gold value, 80% of prevailing diamond value and 50% of prevailing polki value less any discount given at time of original sale.
Silver Based Lab Grown Jewellery
Company does not provide any exchange / buyback on silver jewellery.
Loose Diamonds and Lab Gown Gemstones
Company does not provide any exchange / buyback on loose diamonds and lab grown gemstones.
