We at Craftier are committed to your satisfaction. We offer a 15-Day Return Policy for all our lab-grown diamond jewelry, ensuring you are fully satisfied with your purchase.
Refund Options
- Craftier Credits: Opt to have your refund credited to your Craftier account for future purchases.
- Bank Account: Receive a full refund to your bank account.
How to return an item:
- Initiate Return: Send the return request on "care@craftier.in".
- Package Securely: Place the item in its original packaging along with the certificate. Bubble wrap it or pop it in a padded envelope to avoid any damage in transit.
- Shipping: We offer secured shipping on our items within India. Our logistics team will schedule a pickup once your return request is approved.
15 day return policy is not applicable on Gold Coins, Silver Jewellery, Loose Diamonds/ Gemstones, any personalized or customized products and other accessories.
Logistics fee of Rs 1500/- shall be deducted while determining the refund value.
Upon receipt and quality check of your item, refunds will be credited within 15 business days. Please ensure all certificates are included, as missing documentation may impact the return process.
