Since women make up 99% of Craftier's customer base, the brand aims to support women in employment as well. The retail team will consist of 60- 65% female staff. Additionally, Craftier will soon launch the 'Unnati' program to support women entrepreneurs working from home, guiding them to sell jewelry without investment. Also, Craftier plans to capitalize on this by creating a training center for youth in diamond and jewelry industry skills, focusing on sales and marketing. Employment opportunities will prioritize freshers, offering them training and career development.
