How to return an item:

Initiate Return: Send the return request on "care@craftier.in".
Package Securely: Place the item in its original packaging along with the certificate. Bubble wrap it or pop it in a padded envelope to avoid any damage in transit.
Shipping: We offer secured shipping on our items within India. Our logistics team will schedule a pickup once your return request is approved.
